Sending Us Images

There are two categories of images that you can send us:

1. Images for COMPETITION or CRITIQUE nights
2. Images for the NEWSLETTER (including Mo’s Table) or the Members Gallery on our website.

SENDING US COMPETITION OR CRITIQUE IMAGES

Images in this category must be sent during the week of the relevant submission date as specified in the printed programme and PROGRAMME page on our website. Submission dates are written in RED.

submissions

There are two ways in which you can submit these images. One simple way is to EMAIL them to:

images@sedgemoorcc.co.uk

To do this you simply need to open the software or webpage you use to send a normal email and type the above email address in to the To: or Recipient: section. Then add your images using the attachment button (this is often an icon that looks like a paper-clip.) Be sure to write in the email what the images are for and who you are so we know what they are intended for. Then click SEND. Please only submit your images during the week of the submission date. Images sent too early or too late may not be accepted or may get lost.

The second option is to bring them in on a memory stick and to hand them to our IMAGE SECRETARIES – John & Marian Saunders. You must bring them in on the specified night, and images must be labelled clearly. Please label your memory sticks with your name clearly.

If you have any issues submitting images in this category, please speak to our IMAGE SECRETARIES – John & Marian Saunders or speak to our Liaison Officer – Ken Wewerka. You can email Ken on liaison@sedgemoorcc.co.uk
